Operating in Orlando Florida, with a strong Spanish cultural presence, we stand out by providing an uncommon culinary experience. Our offerings will go beyond traditional Filipino flavors by incorporating a diverse range of fillings inspired by Colombian and American culinary traditions. Meet the owners
Hi! We’re Janisa and Peter - the couple behind Pogi’s Lumpia, where flavor meets culture and everything is made with love (and a little flair).
Peter (AKA Pogi) is our head chef and the face of the brand - he’s the one cooking up our signature infused lumpia and serving it fresh with a smile. You’ll spot him on the front lines of the truck, bringing the heat (literally) and keeping the energy high. He's charming, talented, and - we won't lie - very pogi too.
Janisa (AKA Ganda) runs the show behind the scenes - handling everything from day-to-day operations to strategy. Basically, she keeps the wheels turning (and the truck running). But don’t be surprised if you catch her taking your order, handing out food, or vibing with customers - because at the end of the day, we both do it all.
We're proud to bring together our roots - Colombian, American, and Filipino - into one delicious, culturally infused experience. Our food is a reflection of who we are, and we’re so excited to share it with the community.
